What is the typical lead time for equipment orders?
Standard lead times for in-stock equipment range from 2–5 business days. For specialized supermarket fixtures or custom restaurant setups, lead times typically extend to 4–8 weeks depending on the order complexity.
Do you offer nationwide delivery and installation?
Yes, we coordinate freight delivery throughout the United States. Local clients in the DFW area can also benefit from free delivery on qualifying products as well as on bulk purchases.
What are your primary service areas in Texas?
Our primary service area is the DFW region, where we serve most of our clients. However, our reach goes far beyond North Texas. We proudly work with customers in Houston, Austin, Odessa, Midland, Amarillo, Tyler, and across the entire North Texas region, and wherever our clients need us.
What types of warranties are provided with heavy equipment?
Both new and refurbished equipment come with the manufacturer’s or supplier's warranty specific to each product. We do not offer additional in‑house warranties; however, we always act as the facilitator between our customers and the original manufacturer or supplier to ensure they receive the proper support and response.
Can you assist with CAD designs or restaurant layout planning?
Yes, we offer professional layout and assembly planning for new establishments. Our team works closely with your project managers to ensure all equipment fits perfectly and meets local health codes.
